Those who intend to submit an abstract are asked to download and carefully read the guidelines (forthcoming) and refer to the information below. Participants must align their paper abstract with a Conference session. An overview of sessions can be found here.

English is the official language of the Conference.

Paper abstracts can only be submitted by filling in the online Paper Abstract Submission Form (forthcoming). Do not send your paper directly to the Conference Organiser or Session Organiser.

If a session has the maximum number of accepted papers, it will be closed and no further papers will be accepted. The Conference Committee may offer participants to convert their paper abstract into a poster presentation (see below).

If your abstract is accepted, you will automatically receive an email.

Please note that there is a maximum of two papers per delegate.

Poster Presentation Submission

Please submit your poster abstract via the online Poster Submission Form (forthcoming).

If you have registered and paid your registration fee, your poster will be accepted for the VIA 2011 Conference.
